Every great sports program in the country is great because of the alumni that support it. We are the same way. The only way we can continue to do what we do as a youth ministry is because of the hundreds of people that have made themselves available to us and have joined the ROCK Alumni. We are asking that every parent of a student in the ROCK youth ministry and every member of FFC joins the ROCK Alumni team to serve in one of the four areas:
 
Leader
 
Teenagers are the same today as every generation past, the only difference is what is pouring into them. Today teenagers are more susceptible to the “worlds” garbage than ever before via the internet, TV, movies, IPOD’s, or whatever. What they need more than anything is Godly leaders pouring into their lives… Which is why you need to become part of The ROCK youth ministry. Every Sunday our students meet with a spiritual leader who is in charge of holding them accountable spiritually, and helping them grow closer to Christ! Each leader receives a binder of that Sunday’s message, along with life application study questions, and accountability cards they use to challenge the teens every week. Each leader is assigned their group of students whom they are responsible for every week. If you have a heart for teenagers, and are on the right track spiritually, we would love to have you join The ROCK Youth ministry leadership team.

Volunteer
 
The ROCK youth ministry could not function if it were not for the many volunteers that make the ministry happen. Countless servants of our Lord have come together to make The ROCK what it is today. From breakfast every Sunday morning, to building a haunted house, volunteers are ALWAYS needed. If you have a heart to serve, and would love to help out with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING, we need you! From cleaning out The ROCK to building stage platforms, we need any and all kinds of help. We could never do the special events we have been able to if it weren’t for the great leaders who have helped out. If you don’t want to lead a group of students, or are very talented in construction or any other area, and still want to help out, this is the spot for you!!!

Simply put, money should never be a hindrance for a student who wants to participate in the life-changing ministry of The ROCK. We want students from all walks of life to be able to participate in every event that we do. I want to encourage you to sponsor a student for a year through summer camp, every lock-in and weekend event that we do, and a winter retreat. Every year we take literally hundreds of students to camp for free because of the faithfulness and giving hearts of our supporters. Please help us to take the burden off these students and give them the opportunity to be involved in everything that we do.

Prayer

Everything begins with prayer. Every great movement of God, was brought on by prayer to God. We are striving to reach a lost generation for Jesus Christ, and can only do it with prayer support. If you are a mature believer, who is faithful to prayer, we want to be on your prayer list! Please support us by lifting us up to the Father faithfully everyday!
